Someone has a sore back. They search for a physiotherapist. They want to know if you treat this, whether they need a referral, and how soon they can come. If that is only on the phone, they call the next practice on the list.
A physiotherapist website is not a photo of a treatment table. It is the first visit, written down.
That page has to say:
- What you treat, in ordinary words. Back, sport, after surgery. Not a list of methods only you know.
- What the first appointment looks like, and what to bring.
- Whether they need a referral, and how insurance or self-pay works where you are.
- How to book — a form, a number, or both — and which one you actually want.
- Where you are, and where to park.
None of this is a brochure. It is whether a person in pain can decide to come without guessing.
If your current page makes them call just to find that out, write and say what a first visit must answer. We can put it on the first screen.
