Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes: we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Art. 32 ZIsRPS).
