This website

The public site is informational. It describes the studio and how to write to us. Visiting the site is not a contract.

We do not promise the site will always be up, complete, or free of errors.

Projects

If you write about a project, the work, price, and scope are agreed separately. Nothing on this site is a contract for that work.

Google Ads connection

Merkwell uses Google OAuth so the owner can connect an internal tool to Merkwell’s own Google Ads accounts. That connection is only for advertising accounts Merkwell itself owns. It is not a product we sell and not a service we offer to other advertisers.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. Courts in Slovenia have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise for a consumer.
