Someone finds you on Google. They tap the link. The page does not load. Grey screen. Timeout. They try once more, then open the next result. You never hear about that visit.
The site was “fine last week.” That does not help the person who needed you this morning.
Hosting that stays up is not a feature list. It is whether your page answers when someone asks for it:
- The domain points at a server that is actually online.
- Updates do not take the whole site offline for half a day.
- Backups exist before something breaks, not after.
- HTTPS works without scary browser warnings.
- Someone notices when the site is down, and can bring it back.
You do not need to become a server person for this. You need a place for the site that does not go quiet on a Tuesday morning, and a way to fix it when it does.
