Your Google listing is not a website

Someone finds you on Maps. They read the hours. They tap Website. Ten seconds later they are back on the listing, because the page does not match what Google just told them.

The listing did its job. It got the tap. The site has a different job: finish the visit.

That means the same facts in both places:

  • Hours that match, including the Thursday you close at noon.
  • A phone number that is a real tap, not a picture.
  • The same address, and where to park if that matters.
  • How to book, in words a person can follow.

Google will not book the table, explain the first visit, or tell them which door to use. Your page has to. If the hours on the site are last winter, they will not trust the rest of it either.

You do not need a new brand for this. You need one place the facts live, and a site that shows them on a phone.

If the listing and the site currently argue with each other, write and say which one is right. We can make them agree.
